Our Mission at Elkhorn Jones
Elkhorn Jones Memory Care opened in January 2017 with a mission to serve families in need of quality memory care services at affordable prices. Our team of compassionate caregivers has a sincere desire to build a genuine connection with our residents and their families and a passion for providing exceptional care.
Our 36-bed, 18,000 sf facility offers comparable services and amenities that most large national care facilities do, but in a much smaller and more personalized setting. Come take a tour of our facility and you will see why we call Elkhorn Jones our happy home!

Meet Our Memory Care Director
Maria Hambleton has been the Memory Care Director at Elkhorn Jones since 2018 and oversees all administration, staff and daily operations at the facility. Her passion for memory care began when her father was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and there weren’t a lot of good options for high-quality care in Las Vegas. She became her father’s primary caregiver at home and began looking for ways she could make a difference for others in the same predicament.
​Maria’s career has been driven by her dedication to providing the best quality care, respect and compassion for her residents and their families.

Our Culture at Elkhorn:
Many of the caregivers and staff at Elkhorn Jones have been with us since we opened in 2017. The Elkhorn Jones team is made up of our caregivers, our medication technicians, a dedicated healthcare coordinator, events coordinator as well as many support staff and consultants who all play an important part in providing the best quality care for your loved ones.
Our team is dedicated and passionate about providing the type of care they would want for their loved ones and strive to build personal connections with our residents and their families. Our culture is one that supports inclusion and a sincere desire to listen and understand the changing needs of our residents, their families as well as those of our staff.
